MINUTES OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING

October 16, 2008

I.      WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Windham Town Hall by President Jill Martin

The Officers present were

Treasurer           Jean Manthorne

               Secretary          Su Bennett

The Officer excused was Julia Salafia -  2^nd Vice-Pres, Yearbook + Website

III.   EXECUTIVE BOARD REPORTS

1^st VICE PRESIDENT-PROGRAMS:

- November Craft is decorating 2 large hanging resin pinecones,

- cost $30, bring wire-cutters

2^ND VICE PRESIDENT- YEARBOOK + WEBSITE:

2^ND VICE PRESIDENT - MEMBERSHIP:

TREASURER:  Financial Statements posted

SECRETARY:  Prior meeting Minutes posted on the WGC website + on the bulletin board

PRESIDENT:

- The Fall digs are all done

- There is potential for frost this weekend so bring in any tender plants

            - We received many compliments on the centerpieces for the NHFGC Semi-annual meeting

            - Gift wrap fund-raiser orders are due this meeting/week to be delivered at the November meeting

V.    BREAK and REFRESHMENTS - HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE

            Basics of Tea- by Danielle Beaudette, proprietor of The Cozy Tea Cart
