The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Windham Town Hall by President Jill Martin

PRESIDENT:

Pre-sale of purchased perennials at March + April Mtg- Shirlee Dallas will send details via email

            NHFGC Semi-Annual Meeting, September 24, 2008 at CR Sparks in Bedford

            District IV is responsible and we are doing the Centerpieces – Jill has sign up sheet

Has Flyer for classes offered by Lake Street Garden Center – also sent by email and on their website

IV.   OPEN TO THE FLOOR

STANDING COMMITTEES:

 JR GARDEN CLUB –

- Planting with Shirlee – marigolds, Johnny jump-ups, and rooting rosemary

PLANT SALE COMMITTEE –

            -  Purchase of 40-60 tables, 6 feet long – it is $400-$600 to rent them each year

Working with town on place to store them – perhaps, the Town Hall + town can use them, too

SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE – Grace Marad

-  Forms are now available

SPECIAL COMMITTEES/EVENTS:

 CLUB HISTORY – Sam Dubreuil

- Meetings will be held at Sam’s home to complete the scrapbook/Club History

- Feb 27 is next meeting - watch for emails for future dates + times

 DAFFODIL DAYS – Joanne Ago

- Information + sign up sheets not available for meeting, they will be sent to members soon
